All projects and assets are located within Rio Grande do Sul, the southernmost state of Brazil. Its Metallic Copper Project is located about 255 kilometers (km) from Port Alegre, the State Capital. Its phosphate project is located in the rich agricultural heartland of Rio Grande do Sul in southern Brazil, about three hours from the capital Port Alegre.
