From what I understand, ZAC, being a mature operation, is now struggling to produce anthracite of the required specification. Ian said to me at Noosa that quality (or more to the point, lack thereof) is one of the reasons why so much SA anthracite is exported...so much of what is produced now isn't up to spec.
