    ZNO really should have made an announcement to state that they aren't involved in Stayzon. You can't just announce that you have agreed to enter a JV as a price sensitive announcement then not issue one when it doesn't happen or gets cancelled!

    I agree that it's immaterial but if it's that easy for Stayzon to sell their own product what's stopping a major company like Proctor & Gamble from doing the same & killing Zoono stone dead?
