There is nothing in that annoucement that states ZNO had entered into a JV, in fact it specifically states they've signed a heads of agreement which is NON binding.

But the point is you are posting negative points about Zoono that contridict your previous ones completely unrelated to the very small potential Stayzon JV.
If Stayzon Jv heads of agreement hadn't been signed, which is the only thing that had changed, you would still be positive about this share. Stayzon was only one small potential deal signed compared to many more much larger ones.
Your stance makes no sense & seems to me your pride is clouding your judgement. Perhaps if you took a step back & re-read the announcement in the context I've outlined you would calm down & re-assess your decision?

Anyway you've posted your views, which you are entitled to, we all know what they are & you've sold so there's no need to post here any longer is there?
