Between the 04/02/04­ and 09/02/04 he acquired 317,118 shares for the L.G. Dudfield ATF LG Dudfield Pension Fund at a cost of $88,793.

That is very significant buying when the company only has 20.8 million shares on issue, including 18.5 million quoted on ASX.
