We also have gold triple top 1300.. Generally thats a very bearish signal. Yet... its completely reversed to attempt to break it for a fourth time. For buyers not abandon after a triple top its a highly bullish signal. I wouldn't be surprised if CYL attempts to capitalise and release positive information coinciding with the technical breakout... assuming it possibly occurs of course..
