I don't think cash really matters, they don't have any plans, not for the near future, cash will eventually disappear in next few years.

Court case may take few years and at the end they may not get anything, so why should somebody buy.

Look at LYC, big plans, no approval yet and price is at 60 cents and in comparison to LYC, WEC has nothing on hand near future so SP is at right level

WEC should distribute cash to all SH's and sell the company

BTW at bought at 2.89 and my average price is 1.65, so to beak even, the SP needs to increase by 550%
