Suda sells zolpi, lock stock and barrel to Aytu for half the anticipated worth of the already done and yet to be struck deals on a payment plant structured similar to the Berlin thing, say 6 years @ $5 mill per year. I’d assume Aytu has the financial resources to get things moving quickly and the acquisition would probably be looked upon favourably with further strengthening of their sp.. We’d end up with a massive uptick in our shares due to our future having a better degree of financial certainty.. at the end of the 6 years, a token royalty to apply.... they get the whole thing and we get some money...
Onselling of contracts is nothing new.... if you remove the admin heavy side, your doing yourself a favour...
