Agree. I think the problem with these is that they need the big funding. So lots of shares issued etc etc. Look at BMX how long it too, they had the dupont contracts a few years ago, so its taken that long for them to get funding and mine operational.
Zircon shortage is only to 2007-2008 so these small players need to hurry up or they'll miss the boom, since now currently only ILU and BMX will benefit
