Yes in effect that's right. Bit of a glass half full-empty situation here. Cheap way to accumulate a large quantity of shares at .4c? I'd be very concerned if we soon see a director's change in holdings notice. Otherwise they are significantly invested in the success of the company. Still a bit to play out but yeah not an ideal look and surely another placement is on the cards soon.
