to the defence of management, their original time line for the listing of Zinc Co was late March / early April.
They are not far off from fulfilling this (probably 4 week push back).
Details of the capital structure and the lodgement of the prospectus will be announced late next week or early the following, with record dates to be stated in that announcement. The record dates (as a guess) are likely to be set for the middle of April.
We will hear news on this front shortly.
As for fundamentals, the Snake Well project is progressing. Resource extensions are likely to be announced in the next quarterly, and the massive current cash position, (together with the additional cash to be generated from Zinc Co) will be more than adequate to fund this operation. Potentially enough residual to reward shareholders with a captial return of small amounts.
