Eureka, I see one in the top RH corner of my photocopied public offer application. To think that I saw it but didn't actually see it - a bit Irish, but it hadn't registered - so here's hoping I got my small public offer buy filled. Yes all three cheques (2 entitlements on 2 a/cs plus the public application) were all drawn but I assumed that was normal - with refunds to follow as per ann if not successful.
