Get where you are coming from but I think it's worth remembering that the SP hit 70c on the back of some pretty spectacular drill results at Mallee Bull + the potential/promise of more to come (and does anyone remember the Butchers Dog?).
Each to their own but I would hazard a guess that sentiment in 2013 around the probability of a much larger, high grade resource and short time to mine was substantially high than in 2017 and there in lies the problem with the SP IMO.
So it goes with out saying, yes if Peel execute your 4 points, particularly pt 3, then no reason the SP couldn't head back above 50c. Mr Market rates the probability of that happening as low by my read. Nothing that a good set of results won't fix.
