I say we come to an agreement and sell our share of the zinc in the ground at T1 to CBH for cash and forget about a mining JV on it. It just distracts from what the company is good at, which is exploration.
What could the T1 deposit be worth to PEX on this basis? There is more value than just the sale of metal in the ground as well. The development of an open pit at T1 gets us closer to an UG mine at Mallee Bull as it will likely provide a position for a portal in the future.Esh
