Yes, this is because most of investors do not have any patience. Patience is a virtue and require a lot of training and maturity. Many investors bought stock (any company) nothing happen than they dump stocks and very angry. Market generally doesn't like any company move slowly.

I was saying a lot of exploration companies keep asking holders for more money and more money, issuing shares at lower and lower prices. Believe or not people keep giving to them (eg BML used to only 200m on issue, now several billion; WCN used only 80m on issue, now 2.4 billion in the last 3 yrs + 100's more companies are like this). This resulted in several billion or 650m shares on issue and still don't get anywhere. Why keep rewarding those companies?

From 2013-2017, PEX has never ask holders for money. We issued shares to SBM and Resource Capital fund and both of them approached us, we didn't approach them. We kept dilution to minimum and still able to get things done. However, as I said before market is extremely inpatient so our share price gets mark down because we don't move faster enough to satisfy Mr Market.
