Timing wise it looks likely that the well will be completed before the vote.

But if it's successful then we won't know how successful until a while after the vote.

I'll be voting no to the Zeta deal. Not only will the deal heavily dilute existing shareholders but the comments in the quarterly report released yesterday indicates that Zeta plan for further aggressive expansion so we'll be looking at much, much greater dilution should the deal succeed.

The only positive I see for voting is we get rid of Ken as CEO however he'll still be taking money off shareholders through consulting work and as a NED.
