Yes, we almost got completely stitched up there. Just makes you wonder about the those shareholders who voted yes with no qualms.
Anyway, guess management got the outcome they were after with a 50% decline of the shareprice from 4c when that deal was announced. Probably lots of cheap shares and options coming for a select few judging by the way the SP is being sent back down.
