Cmonaussie . . Sorry but they are silly proposals. That sort of protection antics belongs in the 70s share register. End of the day STO is a publicly traded stock and the best thing for the board to do is get into action, prove to the market what we are worth and get the public ally traded share price to reflect that . . Hiding behind rules that will protect us from being taken over is pointless and will not drive the board to achieve optimal price.
