Has the STO 2007 Deed of Undertaking to SA Gov't expired [after 10 years?] or was the share cap limit only limited for 12 months from October 24th 2007 ,the date that deed was tabled, in the SA House of Assembly.
And so is the 10 year expiry date of the Deed Of Under' not as important as the federal board that rules on foreign TOs?.
