The action in the West has no ramifications for CKF at all -There's some old bad blood there that likely prompted the move by Yum.
The only terms CKF could lose their franchise for is standard 'breach of franchise agreement' terms, but they've been at this thing for 45 odd years so got it pretty sussed I'd say.
