All i can say is prepare for a takeover!

With your shareprice trading lower than the NPV of your producing assets ONLY.... and in a segment where consolidation is needed, then it's almost a gimme. As they say, the best defence against a takeover is a high share price... As we know, Arc dont have this and can't seem to get the job done in that regard.

I would be surprised if Arc are not approached in the next 6 months if the Price is still below NPV of producing assets.
