I believe they also have 20mill options
20mill x 6c = $1.2mill, so an extra .1c or so to add to the .8c = .9c. Ther's usually a discount on that as it would be difficult to sell 20mill shares at once and then add on top of that whatever other partnerships GPN has eg MZM. So the shareprice is about right.
