It's hardly a bargain. Have they ever actually made a profit? For an enterprise value of $45m, it should at least be making a few million in profit, not just breaking even.. Not to mention YOW's economic moat is very small. The brand itself isn't worth much. Their official website doesn't look like its been updated since 1999 - www.yowiegroup.com ;-)
