This is the all time circle jurk thread on HotCopper.
Talk about cog bias and lack of objectivity. I get that you are excited, but here is the low down
The company didn't understand that the USA does not do Easter, it does not do "the egg" thing. Just like Halloween here, no matter how hard they try, it can't take off
The advert was cute, and great, and might translate into a few sales, but this is not a company that has much hope for repeat customers. Why? You buy this on impulse, the cute novelty factor, and you choose not to buy it again for price and product reasons
Australia was about "we failed in USA" lets try in our back yard
My wife saw them in the stores last week and bought 4, for the little uns. Nostalgia, "don't you remember these AFU?" she asked, No, I couldn't. I said what did they cost she said $5. I said $5! she said "I know, I didn't know until after the purchase". I said what was it like? She said the grandkids thoughts they were great, chocolate and a toy how not like them. It was like Easter all over again. Then they ate the chocolate, then they spat out the chocolate, then they looked at the "toy", attempted to "play" with it. And then they never looked at the moulded piece of plastic again. She won't be buying it in future. She said all the mums at her champagne drinking group, ahem, book club, said the same thing. Saw. Nostalgia, bought, price comment, taste, solid moulded, won't buy again.
I think for this one it needs repeated buyers, who buy over and over and over.
I do not see this as having any legs to do this. 40c is probably about right, but I can see 30c
IMO this is a microcap stock that is being treated like a small cap stock by the fund managers who are improperly projecting revenue growth
