A nice morning surprise when I stopped at a Love's gas station and found Yowies selling at the counter. First time I've found Yowies in a servo.
I thought at first some guy was buying the whole box because they were so awkwardly placed. Had to enquire.
Cashier: "We got them in three months ago - AND WE SELL THEM. I leave them right here for everyone to see. Are you a collector too?"
She bloody loved her Yowies. Seemed so proud to have them in her store.
Flying out the door at $3.49 plus tax. This is some stop just west of the Sonoran Desert in Arizona.
Expiry dates Sept-2018. Latest I've seen. Means we're flying through stock. Might be time to bring out the next series.
