If YOW can demonstrate material sales growth, and repeatable sales, thence cash flow positive operation, then the cash level is not quite so important.
Some posters query the problem of having a mob like Aurora on the register - I such they do some homework, and have a look at their modus operandi.

I don’t query their MO. It’s pretty obvious. Buy at cash backing, hope the current management do a good job to lift the share price and sell at a profit. Alternatively, if the business goes south they can move to take control of the remaining cash more easily than any other group.
It’s a good low risk strategy.
