I was one of the shareholders who called the Khouri group and they at least called me back. Peta  did not write that letter she clearly supported it but was not the author.  I asked her directly if she received a payout or what legal costs were and she reported that not a cent of it was related to her departure on either count. This should not be about personality this is about a poorly executed product.

There is some immature commentary here. This is not about “the Jack and Peta” show even though the Board try to make it. Seven of the leadership team have departed including all psychology and quality and regulatory leaders. The company are in disarray. FDA has not gone through. Jack has not commented on any of this. Peta has another role apparently. The share price is what it is. Appalling. The Boards suggestion that it is takes the focus off their own incompetence. Medibio focus on your own backyard.
