Ok then as there are a lot of people who are voting against the hedge funds exiting at a 15% discount (which i might add is only $1.47 - current price $1.40)
What would you suggest is the best way to remove these two professional hedge funds from the register??????

A couple of interesting facts -
    1. Select Asset Management are a fund manager who invest in other managed stocks - LRF, they invest clients money with other fund manager who know how to make $$. Select make money on fund managers performance. They are greedy looking for the short term $ to boost their performance.

    2. Getting rid of these two (and should be 3 - select) from the register will be a benefit to all existing shareholders through the creation of LRF2. Once LRF2 is created, the distributions paid by LRF will not be allocated to LRF2 - hence 30% more distribution for existing shareholders. If you look at last years dividend - distribution, you will notice that it is quite good!

    3. There are quite a few investors looking to invest in LRF once these hedge funds are booted. They stock will trade more freely letting LRF get on with what they do best.

    4. The buy back will continue for a very LONG time. The buy back if people haven't noticed is increasing and will continue to reduce stock on issue, all being accretive to NTA. The gap is closing.

    5. Once the hedge funds are off the register the company will issue free options 1 for 5 to acquire more stock at a discount to existing share holders.

    6. The only way these hedge funds made it onto the register with such substantial stakes was through their option conversions. It will be impossible for such funds to do so again without buying up stock upto NTA

So as many of you rush to vote against, I would be reconsidering - that is unless YOU have such a great plan to let these funds exit the register without causing havoc to the share price and at the pain of remaining shareholders. I can assure you that these funds can and would cause pain to this company in the form of wasting LRF's time and money and causing problems with the share price for an extended period.

Looking forward to some feedback here???
