I would check the debt out on this one. It's huge!!
Of the $8m I have a funny feeling the advanced $2m went to RRS.
They have $6m in current liabilities at holding company from memory.
One mine near end of life forcing them into the next block at not very favorable monthly royalty terms per ton.

No down stream revenue from the new mine for 1 year. (sub)

Talking up a new mine which was to be on line a year or two ago. (sound familiar)

Business as usual in the fleet.
