the dumping could be anything,just guessing its an insto as majority of shares are held by insto,s,thus enabling them to front run the stock,holding the price,if this is the case then drp will be quite generous and it puts a floor under the stock,unless of course another dump shakes out more margins,then of course they will benefit both ends and reinstate their holding at a lower price,large scale operators work on different metrics making trading a gamble or of such poor margin that without a 2-3million share resource the risk is just enormous for account bleed,at both ends $ and holding.
i am content to sit, frustrating as it is ,logic says its the best course of action.
