if we had all accepted,it would have been above the 80% level,which would have meant none of us would have been liable for CGT--THAT WOULD HAVE MADE THE DIFFERENCE--but we have told you that many times before birdbrain--you dont get it do you--the offer failed and i am buying at these good value levels--cheers
