So the company continued to lose money and the share price has gone down significantly but his earnings have increased 50% in salary and even more based on bonus:

    2010 $400,000

    2011 $600,000 + a bonus of $550,000 for ~1.2 million

That makes a lot of sense. I would love to run a company's share price down, make egregious investment decisions and have my pay trebled in one year.

There's still potential for this company but I find the salary and rewards for these guys to be way out of line with the return they're giving the investors. They simply don't deserve this amount of money for running a small unknown tech company. They're not curing cancer or developing the next big app. There are CEO's of Forbes 500 who run billion dollar companies and get paid less than Johann Young.

Young didn't deserve a raise in 2011 and I don't know many companies who would reward a CEO in such a way for not succeeding at his job. It would be a good question to raise to mgmt if anyone knows how to.

Revenue was 3.9 million and he was paid 1.2 million.

Please correct me if I am wrong
