A single miner typically would have more than a typical single saver (There would be many exceptions). Miners (As a whole) have less skin in the game than all off the other market participants combined. Unless you're going into reality denial about 80-90% of blocks last year having the Segwit2x bumper sticker on them, yet futures were only at 10%-15%.
