Mentum (AIM:MEN), the AIM listed investing company, announces that following the restoration of trading, the Conditions of the Loan Notes have now been satisfied. The whole of the £300,000 principal amount of the Convertible Loan Notes has now been automatically converted into new Ordinary Shares at a conversion price of £0.0013 per Ordinary Share, resulting in the issue of 230,769,231 new Ordinary Shares to the Subscribers, representing approximately 39.785 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
