    No way will the shareholders of SGL agree to the deal. It is a pathetic offer using overvalued paper.

    No risk to SGL shareholders as plenty of options on Conv Notes, $25m in the bank, substantial cash flows & rising, and fantastic assets that are better than QGC'c.

    As gasman said last week "2:1 dreaming"
