You know things are getting to an inflection point when you start seeing adverts on TV asking you to tell your local MP to raise the first home buyers grant to 20k.
Saw an ad on TV yesterday (Sunday) evening from a development group saying something like the first home buyers grant needs to be raised because building provides the world with jobs etc etc.
I have never seen this type of ad before so Im guessing the building industry is slowing and getting to a point of desperation.
