MCE are actually beating the forecasts by a good margin. On E-trade they forcasted to earn $0.45 10/11. They are going to exceed that by at least 20 per cent. At 13 % RR I have them at $9.50-10.00 at the moment. They are only really fully valued if you ignore the Q1 and Q2 results, which of course makes no sense. Replace H1-09/10 with H1-10/11 and recalculate.
