I don't think it is game over quite yet, but it depends on the tenacity of our Directors. Let see what happens over the next week or two. I'd suggest shareholders contact the company and get some further clarification of what is happening and what will happen.
Cash wise they are OK for the present time with the money from RCF and now very little interest to Noble Group. HCL owes them a bundle and I would be pressing Directors to get it settled up immediately.
The Supreme Court Case judgement could be out next week or the next week at the latest.
Its time for the Directors to now show us what they are made of.
