they are not actually in control and have no idea .. I have followed this BS for 2 years now and this company is flailing in the wind because some bureaucrat in Spain (who is likely compromised) is screwing them .. their communication channels with the government and bureaucrats is clearly not good enough ... well that is my opinion and I hope I am wrong
