The Initial ASX Notice this morning was followed by a further notice (should have been appended to the first notice) at10.56am

In the ASX Notice, Mr Peter Dykes states..." the trading halt has been requested because of a pending significant announcment regarding a possible bid for the Comnpany, the nature of which is being clarified at the moment".

I subscribed for shars in the share offer at 16.5c however, I have also been a buyer at 6c because I felt that the stock was not reflecting the new business model and business strategy which has demonstrated its potential (see announcements over the past 3 months).

Consequently, I will be delighted by any offer that values the company at or above 6.3c
