If you go back to the first JMS buyback the price was 53c (AUD) 40c (US)

If you could have bought JMS shares at that time $1 (AUD) would have bought you just under 2 shares (lets round it to 2). The same $1 would have bought you 10 OMH shares.

Fast forward to today those 2 JMS shares are worth 50c and you will have received 10c dividend. The OMH shares would be worth $13.20 and you would have received 30c dividend.

I own both shares and I am smart enough to figure out which one has performed better.

You should not spend all your money on any particular stock. Sid has posted he has based his pension on  this share, I think that is not a decision I would make but each to their own.

Sadly those who bought in at the retail IPO made a bad investment, those of us who are long term holders bought much lower and so are not so much bothered by the current price. I bought most of mine at 6c and have bought several times in the 20's as I dont see too much downside in the medium term.

Mount Mason may be developed at some point as it was always planned to truck the ore to Esperance and it is only around 4 million tons. Mount IDA is a billion ton project and the WA government will not provide the necessary investment in rail or port expansion as 3 new mines in the north make IDA not a priority and I dont see that changing
