The fact that no one watches this one is the upside.
I hold a stupid amount now and have been averaging up - this thing is extremely tightly held and day to day movements in the SP don't mean too much.
NTA is $2.60, with by my estimates some 60-70% of that in cash. My guess is the other two assets are up for sale at anything above -10% below NTA so they can liquidate this baby.
Yield is going to crumble somewhat given no more contribution from the sold assets.
