glad i took a punt yesterday, some of my concerns were addressed as follows
1) Q4. Fundamentally do you still have 26m oz at 80g/t and is the head grade for the first 5 years still 97g/t.
A4. Notwithstanding that approximately 240,000 tonnes have been mined and 142,000 tonnes processed, we believe that the balance conforms to the reserve estimate.
2) Q6. Will you be able to meet your hedging obligations given lower silver production?
A6. Yes.
3) Q8. What was October’s head grade and the estimate for November and December?
A8. October’s grade was 89 g/t. We are not in a position to finalise November yet but expect it to be 70-75 g/t.
but an issue still on the cards is the uncertainty as to the eventual grade... looks like this should be known and disclosed to the market by late december - early 2013 after tests are done.
might hold this one for a little while.
