although yesterdays announcement may be percieved as positive

market does not like it when the company drags something on for so long without informing them

and this would be in relation to FDA and details of MOU

as decision making process requires concrete information and not to speculate events or outcomes

this "uncertainty" triggers some investors to offload after they have been waiting patiently for so long

some investors might be saying "really ten days", they were expecting an answer back within 90 days and this didn't eventuate, so how can they be so confident that the approval will come within the next ten days???????
