I believe it a good idea if there were a share split, say 3 for 2.
That would increase the number of shares from 23.4 mill. to 35.1 mill. A lesser split may also suffice. I am not sure how much longer they would be prepared to wait. Perhaps they may want the half year result out first (4 March last year).
HHI had 1.8 mill shares on 3/4/2003 and has been selling these off since. The tempo has increased and 288,000 on 20 Nov. as well as 325,000 on 21 Nov. were sold.
They now have 878,300 shares left and hopefuly, they will sell these shortly.
