Someone queried this in the last day or so.
As you know I spent 27 years and 242 days in "the joint" (Tax). As our company is not a trust and the money was received by Exco in the last financial year, to be precise 30th June 2011; any dividend will be attributable in the year the taxpayer (us) receives the money ie 2012 year.
