Just a quick thought,
Another company (no cross promoting at all and good luck to them and their holders) is raising just under $1Billion for mine with an under 20-year mine life and will ship only a concentrate of 3 metals one being V and is trading 3x KRR
If KRR can ( and they will IMHO) bring their costs to start mining etc down to around this amount by selling it as a concentrate and then finance the rest of the mine and do it in stages, with the extra commodities in the ground the share price should exceed all-time highs
Like the rest of holders, I feel KRR share price is not a true reflection of what the company is really worth
