Very unlikely that it will get carved up and sold. The majority shareholders - Macquarie, Bouris and Nine - are making a very handsome return on their investment without much effort required. They have the votes to knock down any proposal and block any take-over bid. You could see the share price go to 0.1c and they wouldn't need to care.
