The problem is if it keeps flying under the radar like this it runs the risk of disappearing all together whilst the Chair is focused on TZL. He gets a solid whack in his piggy bank each month for both companies, so needs to balance his efforts.
I suspect he is harvesting TZL whilst he can and will come back to YBR later on when it suits him. Holders in YBR are merely carry on baggage that sits and waits to be collected and moved on when ready.
