Patience required with PBD but it sounds as if they're slowly clearing Oceanique apartments and perhaps a little behind schedule on one development but hopefully 2016 will be a very productive year in stabilizing the company's balance sheet. Would rather see prudent financial management to get this company past the worst of it than big risk taking in uncertain times....
